ArtPromter Kullanım Şartları (Terms of Use)

1. Giriş

Bu kullanım şartları (“Şartlar”), ArtPromter mobil uygulamasının (“Uygulama”) ve www.artpromter.com web sitesinin (“Platform”) kullanımına ilişkin koşulları düzenlemektedir.

Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak, bu şartları okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz.

Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız, uygulamayı kullanmamanız gerekmektedir.

2. Hizmetin Tanımı

ArtPromter, kullanıcıların yapay zekâ destekli görsel üretim süreçlerinde rehberlik alarak “prompt” (istem) oluşturmasına olanak sağlayan bir mobil uygulamadır.

Uygulama, OpenAI teknolojileriyle entegre çalışır ve kullanıcıların girdileri doğrultusunda sanat temelli görseller üretir.

3. Kullanım Koşulları

Uygulama yalnızca kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için tasarlanmıştır.

Kullanıcılar, uygulamayı yasa dışı veya kötüye kullanım amacıyla kullanamazlar.

Uygulama içeriğinin (metin, görsel, sistem çıktıları vb.) telif hakları geliştiriciye veya ilgili üçüncü taraflara aittir.

Kullanıcılar, OpenAI’nin kullanım politikalarına uymakla yükümlüdür.

4. Hesap Oluşturma ve Güvenlik

Kullanıcılar, uygulamaya giriş yapmak için e-posta, Google veya sosyal medya hesaplarını kullanabilir.

Hesap güvenliğinden kullanıcı sorumludur. Şifre veya erişim bilgilerinin üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaması gerekir.

Geliştirici, şüpheli etkinlik tespit ettiğinde kullanıcı hesabını geçici olarak askıya alabilir veya kapatabilir.

5. İç Satın Alma ve Abonelikler

ArtPromter, ücretsiz temel özellikler sunar; ancak belirli özellikler için kontur alma üzerinden abonelik gereklidir.

Satın alınan hizmetlerin ücretleri iade edilmez, ancak teknik hatalar durumunda geliştirici destek sağlayabilir.

Kullanıcılar aboneliklerini istedikleri zaman Google Play üzerinden iptal edebilirler.

6. Reklamlar

Uygulamada Google AdMob veya benzeri reklam ağları kullanılmaktadır.

Kullanıcıların reklam etkileşimleri anonim olarak kaydedilir.

7. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri

ArtPromter, aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetlerle entegre şekilde çalışmaktadır:

Bu hizmetlerin her biri, kendi gizlilik politikaları ve kullanım koşullarına tabidir.

8. Telif Hakları ve İçerik Kullanımı

Kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan içerikler (promptlar ve görseller), kullanıcıya aittir.

Ancak, kullanıcılar bu içeriklerin anonim şekilde sistem geliştirme ve performans ölçümü amacıyla kullanılabileceğini kabul eder.

Geliştirici, oluşturulan görsellerin kötüye kullanımından sorumlu değildir.

9. Sorumluluk Reddi (Disclaimer)

ArtPromter, “olduğu gibi” sunulmaktadır.

Uygulama çıktılarının doğruluğu, sanatsal uygunluğu veya estetik değeri garanti edilmez.

Geliştirici, kullanım sonucu doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

10. Veri Koruma ve Gizlilik

Kullanıcı verilerinin toplanması, işlenmesi ve saklanması ArtPromter Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında düzenlenmiştir.

11. Güncellemeler ve Değişiklikler

Bu şartlar, geliştirici tarafından gerektiğinde güncellenebilir.

Değişiklikler uygulama içinde veya web sitesinde duyurulacaktır.

Güncellemelerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek, yeni şartların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the ArtPromter mobile application (“Application”) and the website www.artpromter.com (“Platform”). By downloading or using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the application.

2. Description of Service

ArtPromter is a mobile application designed to assist users in generating AI-based visual art by helping them create “prompts.” The application is integrated with OpenAI technologies and produces art-based visuals based on user inputs.

3. Conditions of Use

The application is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Users may not use the application for any unlawful or abusive purposes. All content within the application (text, visuals, system outputs, etc.) is protected by copyright and belongs to the developer or relevant third parties. Users must comply with OpenAI’s usage policies.

4. Account Creation and Security

Users can log in to the application using their email, Google, or social media accounts. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Passwords or access information must not be shared with third parties. The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in case of suspicious activity.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

ArtPromter provides free basic features; however, certain premium features require a subscription via credit or token purchase. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure, where the developer may provide assistance. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time via Google Play.

6. Advertisements

The application uses Google AdMob or similar advertising networks. User interactions with advertisements are recorded anonymously.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

The collection, processing, and storage of user data are governed by the ArtPromter Privacy Policy.
